Achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet. At Marjorie Keating Wellness, we come up with solutions to achieve full body wellness through targeted offerings and the implementation of realistic, holistic practices.

1:1

We work together to create a custom-made plan that fits into your lifestyle. You will develop a new set of habits that will become your daily ritual of a healthy & balanced life.  And coaching provides the support and accountability that helps you go from knowing what you need to do to actually getting it done.

  • We meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your goals, for 50-minute sessions.  You will leave each session with clear, personalized action steps that will help you get closer to your goals.

GROUP

Group Coaching Programs run seasonally throughout the year.  These programs are designed for small groups (5-10 people) and focus on singular themes.  We can dig deep together and lean on each other for additional support and accountability.  Sign up to our newsletter below to make sure you hear about them first!

  • This Group Coaching Program is designed specifically for teenagers and is intended to empower them with the knowledge and skills to build a healthy, lifelong relationship to food and wellness.  The message to our children is never about weight loss or restriction but focuses on how to properly take care of yourself.  I will help them (mostly) ditch the sugary Frappuccinos, vending machines and food trucks as they learn how to fuel their body for those grueling sports teams and have the energy and focus for late night study sessions.  While nutrition is the star of this program, we will also cover the importance of sleep, exercise and stress management so they have a holistic view of nourishing themselves.  And don't worry parents, we will cover what a healthy relationship with technology and social media looks like!

Take your experience to the next level with these additional support offerings. These give you that extra lift to easily manage the transition into an 80/20 lifestyle.

  • Let a health coach come over and we will go through your pantry, fridge + freezer together.  From expiration dates to food labels, we will discuss what to keep and what to ditch.  Don't worry, I am not coming in to throw away things that make your heart happy, but we do want the food in your house to set you up for healthy food habits so that you can succeed at that 80/20 lifestyle.  We will also re-organize your items strategically so that when you open your pantry you aren't met eye-to-eye with those pretzels you just can't stop snacking on.  You will leave with a list of staples to restock your pantry so that you are prepared to whip up some healthy meals.

  • From functional containers to lazy susans and more - let's make you happy when you walk into your organized and gorgeous kitchen.  You pick out the kinds of containers you want and we will whip it into shape! (Pricing based on size of kitchen/areas you want redone).

  • The grocery store can be intimidating and expensive.  It's hard to cut through the noise of all of the creative food marketing from "Gluten Free" to "Organic" to "Keto" - how do you know which brands to pick and what is actually providing your family with nutrient dense food?  Where should you spend your money?  Whether you need to restock your pantry (because I just threw everything out) or you just want the food shopping experience simplified, this is for you.  You will leave feeling confident in reading nutrition labels and knowing how to compare all of the choices.

  • *Exclusively for former clients.

    If you have completed one of my Group Programs or a 1:1 Program, I am here for you.  Sometimes we just need a few sessions to get back on track or you have a big event that you need to get physically or mentally ready for.  If this sounds like you, I am happy to offer shorter term 1:1 sessions to get you tuned up.
