Protein Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1 cup organic quick cooking oats
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp chia seed
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup nut butter (you want it to be runny!)
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp organic chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened organic coconut flakes
In a large mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together. Add a little filtered water if it is too dry ~ this will take some elbow grease! Once combined, roll into balls and place in the fridge for 1 hour so they stay together more easily. They will last in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer up to 3 months.
