Snack Time 101
Snack time should follow the same 4 Pillars you think about for every meal: Protein + Fat + Fiber + Greens (when it makes sense). But no one has all day to make snacks, so keep it simple but fueling. And when in doubt, just remember: never eat a naked carb! Dress them up with fat and fiber.
